All payments on E-Mall World are processed through secure payment gateways. We accept various payment methods including:

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay)
• Debit Cards
• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Net Banking
• Digital Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD) - where available

Payment processing is handled by our authorized payment partner Easebuzz. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policy.

All transactions are encrypted and secure. We do not store your complete credit/debit card details on our servers.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
• After dispatch, orders can only be returned as per our return policy
• Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider
• COD orders will receive refunds via bank transfer

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, including but not limited to disputes relating to the validity, breach, or termination of these Terms, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Service or these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
